Congress OKs $2B refill of 'cash for clunkers'

very well. at least somebody is governing. the era of filibuster paralysis is over. .. democrats won, let them make decisions ...the same for other parties ....



now what might have been done is to offer these cars for sale abroad, where they might be needed, even

Africa.. instead of demolishing them ..



now what is needed, the same program for handguns, the instruments of death .... trade them for cash, or food.....
